We have used Non-Stop Cleaning for the last two summer deep cleans in Plymouth. In the first year they did a fantastic job cleaning one of our buildings and on the back of that performance we gave them a further two buildings to clean in the second year having had issues with the previous cleaning company we had used. Any issues are always addressed promptly and communication between the cleaners, supervisors and management was always clear and concise.

We had lots of great feedback from our residents regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas they moved in to, and it helped ensure that our resident move in experience was the best that it could be.

As well as the summer deep clean, Non-Stop were also able to assist with providing cleaning staff for our day to day jobs when we had a staff shortage due to staff sickness. Using one of the cleaners from Non-Stop was much better than using a general cleaning agency in terms of both the price and the standard of work.

Richard has always been very easy to communicate with and understands the importance of working together. He has often gone above and beyond to assist at short notice.
